Countryside Farm

Hey, do you guys know about Countryside Farm?

It's near Bastrop somewhere around Cedar Creek. It's run by a Frenchman, who came to Texas, of all places, from Bordeaux, France. He's a chef, a baker, and now a farmer and game raiser.

He raises by hand and processes by hand chickens, ducks, quails, pheasants, geese, and rabbits ... no frogs, thank you, or I wouldn't be writing this.

He sells the meat at local farmers' markets and to high-end restaurants in the area.

His name is Sebastien Bonneu ... that a good French name, for sure.
